some things of note...

I can't tell you all how excited i was when we walked past a sign in Northpark Mall yesterday that said "Paper Source: Coming Summer 2008". I must order from this Chicago-based company at least once a month and so the fact that there will be one 10 minutes away absolutely MADE MY DAY!!

Also, some iTunes downloads I recommend are listed below. They mostly aren't new or anything but just some I've been listening to recently. I think I'm subconsciously trying to teach the baby a love of music by osmosis!

I'm now officially holding my jeans up with a little stretchy strip of synthetic material some like to call a rubber band... yep ladies, pants are too tight! Second trimester underway!

Krab with a 'K'

We were sitting at the Mother's Day picnic last weekend eating a yummy seafood salad from the buffet and Megan posed an interesting question. How does one make imitation crab meat? We eat it in lots of dishes from salad to sushi and yet, I personally have no idea what it ACTUALLY is. Do you??

5 furry pounds of "owns-me"

"Wait, don't MOVE" Chris said as he raced to get the camera Tuesday morning.

To some people this is strange, to others, not so much. To me, well I don't even notice it anymore. Sadly, this is a fairly normal thing we just happened to catch it on camera this time. Maybe we can show Rocco this picture once the baby comes and say, "See there was a time when YOU ruled our lives instead of this child!" But he'll always be the oldest and smallest! That's what I tell him to ease the pain.

Yes, his eyes are open and yes, I think he was posing. There's nothing like the smell of puppy in the morning!

Scuse Me?

Did anyone else not even know they were dating? I think he was engaged to Alanis Morisette like a week ago. Isn't it ironic? Don't ya think?
